- Due to the nature of wood, the colouring, markings, knots, and rustic characteristics will vary and may result in lighter and darker areas in the engraving. Each item will be unique. You can treat your timber sign with mineral oil to keep it looking great forever!

1. Choose Chips Quantity & Wooden Box Option: Select the number of wooden chips (guests' tokens) and your preferred wooden outer box style.

2. Select Your Background Material: Decide on your preferred background material type (e.g. wood, acrylic). You’ll enter the exact colour name in Step 3.

3. Customise Your Design Details: In the personalisation box, please type:
    - Background Material Colour
    - Chip Shape (e.g. hearts, stars, music notes)
    - Artwork Style Number (from our Design Template Options)
    - Exact Order of Elements you want for the centrepiece (refer to our template for guidance)

4. Personalisation for Cassette Design
    - Outer Wooden Box will be matched to your selected centrepiece artwork
    - Add a "Name Song" title to appear at the bottom of the cassette board - Font style will be matched with your selected centerpiece artwork.
    - Include a message for the Inner Box (inside the cassette area) - Font style will be matched with your selected centerpiece artwork.

You may also include any additional instructions in brackets ( ) for special requests or layout notes.

Not all files are scanned prior to manufacturing, if you're not sure, please send us an email after placing the order to confirm if the file is of an acceptable quality.

▸You can combine or pick any font, icon, style, etc between our provided designs, or choose not to include a date, title or icon for example. All artwork based on our available design is free of charge.

We send out your order when all items are ready. The delivery time varies based on your chosen shipping options and location. After shipping, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If there are no scans in the first 24 hours, don't worry—sometimes the system takes a day or so to catch up.
