- Doormats are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. We recommend to keep your doormat in the best condition, it should be kept indoor or sheltered to avoid contact with heavy rainfall to prolong life of product.
- Gently vacuum or shake your mat to get rid of debris from your mat. Do not machine wash/tumble dry or use bleach.
- Ensure the surface under the mat is clean & dry before use.
- This mat has a PVC backing so if it gets very wet you will need to pick it up and drape it over something to allow the water to drain away.

If there are no scans in the first 24 hours, don't worry—sometimes the system takes a day or so to catch up.
