• Materials: Made from 5mm (~0.2 inch) thick Corflute Sheet.

• Technique: UV Printing ensures high-quality and long-term durability. This method provides a superior alternative to vinyl stickers that may peel off over time.

• Dimensions: Available in different sizes:
- 300 × 450 mm (12 × 18 in) – Compact & highly stable
- 300 × 600 mm (12 × 24 in) – Directional layout option
- 450 × 450 mm (18 × 18 in) – Ideal for logos & branding
- 450 × 600 mm (18 × 24 in) – Most popular (recommended)

Signs are centre-mounted on the metal spike. Larger sizes may have slight movement in windy conditions.

⚠️ Important – Artwork Requirements: 
- Artwork must be print-ready and correctly laid out using our template.

- A logo, photo, text, or other elements uploaded separately and not already positioned within the template are not considered print-ready artwork. Files that are not properly prepared may delay production and may incur design handling fees.

- For best results, please supply a high-resolution PDF print file with CMYK colour mode (include PMS colours if applicable). Files created in RGB may print with colour variations, low-resolution images may appear pixelated or blurry when printed.

- Fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines (vector format). Files with missing fonts cannot be processed.

🎨 Colour Disclaimer: Artwork must be supplied in CMYK colour mode. Colours displayed on screens (RGB) may differ slightly from printed results due to device calibration and printing processes. Therefore, minor colour variations cannot be accepted as a reason for complaints or refunds.

🚫 Note: Printed products are custom-made and non-returnable. Weathering, stains, fraying, and tears are not covered under warranty.

3. Share Your Artwork: Upload your artwork as a print-ready PDF in CMYK colour mode when placing your order, or email it to info@yoonek.com.au after the order is placed. Alternatively, you can share your Canva design link in the Artwork Instruction Box.

Upon placing an order, our dedicated team initiates the meticulous process of designing your artwork(s), collecting your item(s), crafting your personalised product(s), and carefully packaging it. The duration of production varies based on the chosen production process and the complexity involved. Please find below estimated turnaround times:

We send out your order when all items are ready. The delivery time varies based on your chosen shipping options and location. After shipping, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If there are no scans in the first 24 hours, don't worry—sometimes the system takes a day or so to catch up.

Our carriers estimate delivery times:

* Please be advised that the provided delivery estimates are general approximations, and the actual delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control. These factors include the load volumes of our shipping partners, deliveries to regional areas, and potential customs delays. While we make every effort to expedite the process, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays resulting from such circumstances.

* Additionally, delivery estimates are subject to change due to various variables.

* Express shipping specifically affects the speed of your order's delivery after we've processed it, relying on the efficiency of the postal service. It does not expedite the internal processing time needed to create your item, which is addressed by our Rush Order service option. Should you wish for a quicker processing time, a 25% fee on the order's value will be applied. This option is conveniently available during checkout.
