- Gently vacuum or shake your mat to get rid of debris from your mat. Do not machine wash/tumble dry or use bleach.
- Ensure the surface under the mat is clean & dry before use.
- This mat has a PVC backing so if it gets very wet you will need to pick it up and drape it over something to allow the water to drain away.
