- If you purchase Panel only: The hanging panel design allows your signage to be suspended from the top bar using straps, hooks, cable ties, or string, creating a stylish floating display effect that stands out from standard A-frame signs. 2 top holes are provided as standard. No other hardware is included.

• Technique: UV Printing ensures high-quality and long-term durability. This method provides a superior alternative to vinyl stickers that may peel off over time.

⚠️ Important – Artwork Requirements:
- This product is not suitable for full-colour background prints.

- We recommend artwork with a transparent, clear, or white background to ensure it displays correctly on the black or white panel.

- For best results, please provide a high-resolution PDF in CMYK colour mode (include PMS colours if applicable). Files supplied in RGB may result in colour variations, and low-resolution images may appear pixelated or blurry when printed.

- All fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines (vector format). Files with missing fonts cannot be processed.

🎨 Colour Disclaimer: Artwork must be supplied in CMYK colour mode. Colours displayed on screens (RGB) may differ slightly from printed results due to device calibration and printing processes. Therefore, minor colour variations cannot be accepted as a reason for complaints or refunds.

🚫 Note: Printed products are custom-made and non-returnable. Weathering, stains, fraying, and tears are not covered under warranty.

The duration of production varies based on the chosen production process and the complexity involved. Please find below estimated turnaround times:

We send out your order when all items are ready. The delivery time varies based on your chosen shipping options and location. After shipping, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If there are no scans in the first 24 hours, don't worry—sometimes the system takes a day or so to catch up.

Our carriers estimate delivery times:

* Please be advised that the provided delivery estimates are general approximations, and the actual delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control. These factors include the load volumes of our shipping partners, deliveries to regional areas, and potential customs delays. While we make every effort to expedite the process, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays resulting from such circumstances.

* Additionally, delivery estimates are subject to change due to various variables.

* Express shipping specifically affects the speed of your order's delivery after we've processed it, relying on the efficiency of the postal service. It does not expedite the internal processing time needed to create your item, which is addressed by our Rush Order service option. Should you wish for a quicker processing time, a 25% fee on the order's value will be applied. This option is conveniently available during checkout.
