Each tray is personalised in our Australian studio, so you can add a corner monogram or a centred name or logo and turn a simple tray into a keepsake or a polished branded touch.

• Material: Durable melamine base with a soft PU (faux) leather surface.

• Finish: Smooth leather-look interior with a contrasting dark trim.

• Technique: Laser engraved — a discreet corner monogram or a centred name, date or logo. Personalise with any wording, an available template design or your own artwork.

• Care: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent. Wipe up tea, coffee and other coloured liquids promptly. Not suitable for high-heat use — keep below 50 °C and avoid dishwashers.

• Note: Handmade measurements may vary slightly, and colours may appear a little different between screens.

1. Choose your Colour & Size (Brown or Beige; Small, Medium or Large).

2. Choose your Engraving option — Right Corner, Centred, or No Engraving (Plain).

3. In the personalisation box, type the exact names, dates or wording you would like engraved, along with your chosen artwork style number. Add any extra instructions in ( ) brackets.

4. Using your own logo or artwork? Upload your file while placing your order — please supply the highest-resolution version you have so your engraving comes out crisp and clean.

Processing Time:

Upon placing an order, our dedicated team initiates the meticulous process of designing your artwork(s), collecting your item(s), crafting your personalised product(s), and carefully packaging it. The duration of production varies based on the chosen production process and the complexity involved. Please find below estimated turnaround times:

* The provided processing time does not include the duration required for customer artwork approval. Timely responses to artwork confirmation emails are crucial, as any delays in approval will extend the overall processing time.

Shipping Time:

We send out your order when all items are ready. The delivery time varies based on your chosen shipping options and location. After shipping, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If there are no scans in the first 24 hours, don't worry—sometimes the system takes a day or so to catch up.

Our carriers estimate delivery times:

It does not expedite the internal processing time needed to create your item, which is addressed by our Rush Order service option.
