Was engraved off centre - reached out to owner who argued with me at first and then only offered either 30% off or a new board which I just thought was really poor form. Since offering that, I have had all of my subsequent responding emails ignored so no common ground has been found, no new board and no refund. Customer service is so appauling, I personally would avoid at all costs.
