I'd actually been waiting for the opportunity to provide some feedback! You guys were absolutely amazing! Not only in engraving and personalising the gift we ordered so quickly (and skillfully), but making sure it arrived in time for our farewell celebration - which it did (and was a real hit!) In all honesty we thought we may have been asking a bit much given the short notice, so we couldn't have been more impressed or grateful. Thank you so much.
