The duration of production varies based on the chosen production process and the complexity involved. Please find below estimated turnaround times:
We send out your order when all items are ready. The delivery time varies based on your chosen shipping options and location. After shipping, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If there are no scans in the first 24 hours, don't worry—sometimes the system takes a day or so to catch up.

Thanks for your great service, the gentleman who was doing the proof with me was amazing and absolutely nailed it, A+ to him it was an amazing moment to see our daughters face when she opened it up and seen what had been created for her. Was a little bit disappointed with the quality of the wood box, first time she opened it the lid fell of the box, screws didn't hold the hinge. But overall highly recommend it

The Cheeseboard is beautiful but packaging is very bad as we ordered for gifts. I expected they come in nice gift boxes but wrapped in cardboard and charged $10 per unit. Not happy as I had to spend time on re-packing them

We purchased the servicing tray as a gift for friends in NZ. Their son was in hospital after a very serious mountain biking accident, so their relative brought the parcel over for them when it arrived. They unwrapped it while we were on a video call with them.
