1. Select your preferred size and choose whether you’d like to add the optional Black Metal Frame from the drop-down menu.

2. Choose your Top Layer material — 3mm Mirror Acrylic or 6mm Painted MDF — from the drop-down menu.

3. Enter your Top Layer colour (based on the material selected in Step 2), the engraved names for the puzzle pieces, the date or short message for the red heart piece, and any additional message you’d like engraved on the wooden block.

We send out your order when all items are ready. The delivery time varies based on your chosen shipping options and location. After shipping, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If there are no scans in the first 24 hours, don't worry—sometimes the system takes a day or so to catch up.
